You did everything exactly as promised, from delivering moving tubs timely, to providing good advice on how to pack and label boxes, to delivering and placing items at the new site without damage. I was doubtful at first when you said the move could be accomplished in one day. You proved me wrong. Your crews showed up exactly on time at 8 AM and finished the move by around 5 PM. Your crews were polite, accommodating, and even cheerful throughout the day. Moving is normally a pretty stressful experience. Your company took much of the stress out of the moving day. Regarding the move of 256 CBCS Office furniture to Fairchild Air Force Base: 1. Thank you for the timely, courteous, professional service you provided to our unit during our move from Four Lakes Communications Station to Fairchild Air Force Base. All of our members involved with you during this endeavor were impressed with how quickly and accurately you were able to move all of our identified assets. 2. We were anticipating many problems with the widely varied amount of furniture we had to move. All members of your crew were consummate professionals, and dealt with every situation quickly and in a very friendly manner. As of this date we have not found anything you moved to be damaged, which is impressive. The expeditious manner in which the entire move was handled exceeded all of our expectations.
